Hunt Library

James B. Hunt Jr. Library, our leading-edge facility on Centennial Campus, captures the innovative and forward-looking spirit of NC State University. With the use of their Wolfpack One Card, partners have access to Hunt Library and all of its associated resources — including research consultations, technology lending, databases and journals.

The library of the future 

Your Key to Campus

As affiliates of the university, our Centennial Campus partners can access various amenities, benefits and resources with the help of a Wolfpack One Card. To obtain your Wolfpack One Card, you must:

• Ask your company’s designated representative to submit a request. Your designated representative will email the authorized request to Marie Bauschka at mabausch@ncsu.edu.
• Marie will process the request and provide confirmation when your Wolfpack One Card is ready to pick up.
• You will pick up your ID from the Wolfpack One Card office on the main level of Talley Student Union at 2610 Cates Avenue, Raleigh, N.C. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

To access Hunt Library with your new ID, call 919-515-7110 or visit the Ask Us desk on the library’s second floor. They will need to add you into their system using the ID number from your Wolfpack One Card. Once that is complete, you will be able to check out books, access online resources and more.

The Greens at Centennial

The Greens at Centennial is a luxury apartment community for working professionals that offers studio and one- and two-bedroom layouts.

North Shore

North Shore is a private townhome complex adjacent to Lake Raleigh and the Lonnie Poole Golf Course with three available floor plans.

LakeShore Raleigh

LakeShore Raleigh, a condo community under construction on Centennial, will offer studio and one- and two-bedroom layouts.

On the Oval

Choose from five restaurants, with options ranging from early-morning eats to late-night service. Daily menus are designed for working professionals on Centennial Campus.

Grab a bite 

Food Trucks

Vendors throughout the Raleigh area make pit stops outside of Venture II, bringing along a wide variety of cuisines. You’ll catch them on weekdays between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Port City Java

Port City Java has two Centennial locations at Wilson College of Textiles and Engineering Building II. Both serve coffee, smoothies and teas, pastries, sandwiches and wraps.

Shuttle Inn

Searching for snacks, beverages or grab-and-go items like salads and wraps? Head to Centennial’s convenience store, Shuttle Inn, on the lower level of Wilson College of Textiles.

Stay on the move 

State Club Restaurant

The State Club Restaurant at the Park Alumni Center offers fine dining in a tranquil lakeside setting. The location is open to the public for lunch Monday through Friday.

Terrace Dining Room

Located in the Carol Johnson Poole Clubhouse, the Terrace Dining Room is a full-service restaurant with views of the Lonnie Poole Golf Course and Downtown Raleigh’s skyline.

Common Grounds Cafe and Creamery

Common Grounds, situated on the main level of Hunt Library, serves a lineup of coffee beverages and snacks, as well as NC State’s own Howling Cow ice cream.

Public Safety

University Police Department

The University Police Department is a fully accredited police department serving the NC State community. On-campus officers enforce state law, investigate crime, respond to emergencies, patrol university property and provide safety education.

Across campus, you’ll find strategically located Bluelight emergency call boxes and security stations to connect individuals in need of assistance with the NC State University Police Department’s 911 Center.
