Interdisciplinary Undergraduate Research and Mentorship Awards

The Office of University Interdisciplinary Programs and the Office of Undergraduate Research are excited to announce a one-time opportunity for faculty across the campus to apply for up to $2000 in funding to support interdisciplinary research and the mentorship of undergraduate researchers.  Applications are open now and will be reviewed on a rolling basis until April 30, 2025 with funds needing to be spent by June 30, 2025.

Requested funding can be used for:

• research supplies and related analytical and diagnostic services,
• travel for conferences (undergraduate researcher(s) must participate),
• publication fees (s) (undergraduate researcher(s) be a co-author), and/or
• an hourly wage for undergraduate researcher(s) (must be budgeted at $15/hr).
